Who can sell and buy property with Cortiam?
That’s a trick question – no one is selling or buying property with Cortiam! We’re real estate matchmakers making perfect matches! Sellers set their terms and share their property; buyers share their agent wishlist. You then view interested real estate agent profiles and, if all parties agree to move forward, it’s a match!
What happens after I find my agent?
Once a seller/buyer and agent decide to work together, the relationship continues offline, just like a traditional seller/buyer and agent partnership.
Our Story
We came up with the idea for Cortiam after getting super frustrated by our experiences of buying and selling homes.
We went the modern-day way of finding a real estate agent by putting our contact info into one of those sites (we won’t zpell out which ones), only to have our privacy compromised, our mailboxes jam packed, and our search for the right real estate agent ongoing.
The big ticket items we were wanting to buy and sell seemed to be subject to a cheap game! No bueno. We knew there had to be a better way, and then we found(ed) it …
